Workshop Participation & Required Waivers
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all participants must complete and sign Herbon Society's applicable participation waiver before taking part in any workshop, class, or hands-on experience.
Waivers may address activity-specific risks, food allergies, ingredient sensitivities, use of tools and materials, and other relevant health and safety considerations.
By registering for a workshop, participants acknowledge that:
-
A completed participation waiver is required before participation.
-
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by Herbon Society and the workshop instructor.
-
Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, or accommodation needs before participating.
-
Certain activities may involve inherent risks associated with food preparation, fragrances, essential oils, heated materials, tools, or other workshop supplies.
-
Participants who decline to complete the required waiver may be unable to participate.
Signing a waiver does not eliminate any rights or protections provided under applicable law.
Failure to complete a required waiver does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund. Refund eligibility remains subject to Herbon Society's published Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
Herbon Society reserves the right to establish additional safety requirements for specific experiences when reasonably necessary.
