Refund & Return Policy

Herbon Society – A Wellness Collective

At Herbon Society, we thoughtfully curate our products and experiences to bring our community something special. We appreciate your support of our collective of independent makers, artists, and instructors.

Please review our policies before making a purchase or reserving a workshop.

Workshops, Classes & Experiences

All workshop, class, and experience ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Because our experiences have limited seating and instructors prepare materials in advance, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, late arrivals, or failure to attend.

  • Cancellations: Tickets are nonrefundable once purchased.

  • No-shows: Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • Late arrivals: Guests arriving late may participate at the instructor's discretion. Missed instruction or activities will not be refunded.

  • Transfers: Requests to transfer a ticket to another guest may be accommodated with advance notice, subject to the requirements of the experience.

  • Rescheduling: Transfers to a different class or date are not guaranteed and require prior approval from Herbon Society.

Cancellations by Herbon Society

If Herbon Society cancels a workshop or experience, registered guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

If an experience is rescheduled, guests who cannot attend the new date may request a refund.

Retail Merchandise

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you experience a problem with an item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the situation.

  • Skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and wellness products

  • Opened or used merchandise

  • Original artwork and one-of-a-kind pieces

Other Retail Merchandise

Unused, nonperishable merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Individual vendor polices may apply.

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the merchandise has been inspected and approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your purchase upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at herbonsociety@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.

We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Gift Cards & Experience Certificates

Gift cards and experience certificates are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law.

Applicable expiration dates, redemption terms, and restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Any terms required by New Jersey law will apply.

Workshop reservations made using a gift card or experience certificate remain subject to our workshop cancellation and attendance policies.
